Food planner | get rid of the pounds

This nutrition planner helps you lose weight. The book is 15 X 21cm in size and has a gold wire-o connection. The front and back are made of sturdy cardboard with gold foil hearts and the inside is made of sturdy, easy to write on paper.
At the beginning of the book there is space for entering your weight and your body measurements. You can also write here what you hope to achieve. In addition, a blank page. You can optionally paste your “before” photo here.
Then the planning begins. You can fill in your daily menus 7 days a week for 12 weeks. At the bottom of every page there is room for free text such as your sports plan or an extra point of attention such as irregular working hours. Below that you will find 10 empty water drops that you can color in based on the amount of water glasses you drank that day.
At the end of each week you will find the weigh-in moment. Here you enter your intermediate weight and your body measurements. Then you will find the page “Looking back on week ..” Here you fill in what went well and what went less well. You also fill in which habit you want to maintain. Next to this page you will find a page with lines. Here you can make notes, write down a sports schedule or paste an interim photo.
After 12 weeks, look back on the past few weeks and fill in what went well, whether you achieved your goal and what you are most proud of. Next to this page you will find an empty page where you can paste a photo of the end result.
